Our feeds work like this: A small web service will be installed in your store that allows us to directly query the store database independently of your platform’s code. Then we configure a service on our local servers. Once configured, on a regular basis, the service queries our web service on your store for your product and variant data, does whatever filtering, conversion and formatting is necessary and builds a feed file. We help you set up your shopping site account for our feed. The feed file will then be supplied to the shopping site (typically every day) using whatever method the shopping site requires. (E.g. FTP, HTTP upload etc.)
There is no signup or setup fee. You pay only a monthly charge and you can add additional feeds for the same low price. There is no contract so you can stop a feed at any time without penalty. Best of all you don’t have to do any maintenance if a shopping feed specification changes. We take care of everything.
